No FaxOnWeb account or subscription required. PayPal account or guest-payment options depend on availability at checkout.

Fax from a PC or Mac without a phone line: prepare a PDF, upload and check the pages, enter the recipient number, authorize PayPal and track the result.

What to do on each screen

Upload: choose and check your file: On a PC or Mac, choose a supported document and check its pages before uploading. Use Browse Files or drag in a supported file. Check the selected filenames, then select Next to upload and validate the document.
Details: confirm the number and price: Use Country Code to select the recipient's country, then enter the fax number. Review the detected pages and total price. A valid number format does not prove that the number belongs to the intended recipient; confirm the fax line with them.
Payment: approve once and follow the result: Select Pay with PayPal, complete PayPal authorization and return to FaxOnWeb to follow the final delivery result. Payment is captured after confirmed delivery; a final failure starts a void or refund attempt, and unresolved recovery remains visible for reconciliation or support review.

Before you send a fax from your computer

These checks prevent the most common problems before PayPal authorization and fax submission.

Use the recipient's fax line: Choose the destination country first, then enter its local number or the matching full international number. Spaces and hyphens are accepted, and a domestic trunk prefix is normalized where applicable.
Check the document: Use PDF, DOC, DOCX, TIF, TIFF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG. The combined upload must stay within 50 MB. Technical maximum of 200 pages per fax; Brazil up to 5 pages, China up to 3 pages.
Wait for the final result: Provider acceptance is not confirmed delivery. Busy or unanswered lines can fail; keep the status page open until delivery or failure is final, then use one retry only when offered.

Prepare a fax cover sheet

If the recipient needs a cover sheet, create one in your browser or download a blank PDF. Add it before your document and include it in the total page count. Preparing the cover sheet is free; sending the fax is paid.
